Center For Inquiry (CFI) is an organization that advocates science and reason. I created the logo for the Canadian branch of the organization. The design intentionally borrows from the original CFI Canada logo but includes some additions, most notably the maple leaf.

BabyDoze is a recording of a womb that comforts babies and helps them sleep. I made the website, Android app and iOS app.
The website is designed to operate on any sized screen and will reformat itself accordingly. It is designed using HTML5 and CSS3 while still being backwards compatible. The back-end of the site uses WordPress as a CMS (content management system).
The Android and iOS apps were developed to play the womb sound. The sound was also made available on CD through Amazon, CD Baby and iTunes.
The Falcon Autonomous Quadrotor System was a large project that was done over the course of just under 4 months. The project was to design and build a quadrotor that could stabilize itself independently. The only input required is take-off, land, increase altitude and decrease altitude. All the stabilization is monitored and compensated for onboard. The payload carried by the Falcon is a GoPro Hero 3. In the future of this project, we hope to have the Falcon follow a subject with the camera. This would be ideal for video capture of sports.
In this project, I was the lead software & electrical engineer. This involved a lot of the hardware and software integration, wiring, construction and algorithm implementation.
The Falcon is equipped with an Arduino Uno (because it has highly responsive GPIO ports) and a Raspberry Pi (because it has a more processing power than the Uno and it has USB). The USB on the Raspberry Pi is used to communicate with the Arduino as well as a Wi-Fi card. The Wi-Fi allows it to be controlled from an application running on any device on the wireless network that it is paired with. There is an ultrasonic sensor located on the bottom of the Falcon so that it can monitor its altitude.
Another part of the project that I did was the video. The video is about the development process of the system.
I also did the logo for the project.
I created this title sequence to be used in other videos that I create. It was made in After Effects.
Neural Networks Application
This is useful for modeling the response of just about anything. In this case the primary focus was to model the response of an electronic circuit operating at high frequencies. Circuits operating at high frequencies involve complex math in order to model. This is why it is a good idea to use something like Neural Sim as opposed to doing calculations by hand.
I was in charge of design and architecture of the software. I also took part in implementing the algorithms into the code. The program was built with Java.
I created this e-commerce website for CO2 and SIO2. It is used to sell their products to a wider market and add ease of use to the sale.
This is a drawing that I did from scratch in Photoshop. It was composed using custom brushes, vectors and layer effects. It did not involve any photos or other images.
The Carleton University Scuba Diving Association (CUSDA) is a relatively new club at the university. As the webmaster of the club I created the website they required. The website was built using wordpress as a CMS for ease of editing and adding content both in the present and in future years.
I also created the logo. The logo is a scuba diving mask with the Carleton Raven in it.
